When you sign in to your GSfood account on a new device, GSfood sends you an email. This alerts you in case someone else has successfully logged into your account. Here are some tips to prevent this from happening.
You received this email and you think it's not about you? Here are a few things you can do before you worry:
- Is this the first time you are using the GSfood App? When you first connect to the App, GSfood sends you this email.
- Have you changed your phone? When you connect for the first time on your new phone, GSfood also sends you this email.
- Did you connect to your GSfood account at the office or at a friend's house? Sometimes it can take a long time between the time you log in and the moment you discover this email. Try to remember the last time you logged into your account to print a bonus check, participate in a contest,...
- Have you shared your password with someone (another member of your family,...)? Is it possible that this contact connected for you? Attention, we advise you to keep this password secret. Don't share it. If you still shared your password, we invite you to change it and keep it carefully.
None of these options explain why you received this email? Change your password immediately and log in to your GSfood account. Check to see if anything has changed.
